How much does it cost to have my home cleaned?
we know that not every home is the same that is why we work with you to make a custom plan that meets your needs and your budget. To get your estimate we typically make an appointment with you to discuss your needs.

Do I have to be home during house cleanings?

It is up to you as the costumer if you would like to be there, most of our clients prefer not to be home after we have cleaned the first time.

What if my maid service missed a spot?
Miscommunication can occur and we may make a mistake. That's why we if you notify us within 24 hours we will correct the mistake at no charge.

Do I provide cleaning supplies or equipment?
No. we arrive at your home fully equipped with all we need to leave your home clean. However, this is your home so if you would like us to use certain products at your home we will if request and provided.

What happens if I need to reschedule my service?
we know that things happen that is why we try to work with you and reschedule to a time that best suits you. we do ask that you let us know if you need to cancel a cleaning as soon as possible to avoid any confusions.
Do you always send the same team?
we do everything with in our control to do so but we are a family business that prides on the excellence of our job that when you do have another member come into your home we are sure you will be satisfy.
